Your Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey and ensure a great experience.
• Upsell and cross-sell products whenever appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Store Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
• Arrange products neatly on shelves and display racks.
• Correct misplaced products and ensure all merchandise is displayed properly.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock organization, and product presentation.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Support online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Help promote ROAR Attire through social media and local marketing activities.
• Create basic content for social media, including photos, short videos, reels, and product showcases.
• Contribute ideas for increasing customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Post marketing content regularly to support daily promotional activities.
Field Marketing Activities
• Distribute pamphlets, discount vouchers, and promotional materials in public areas, residential societies, markets, colleges, and community events.
• Interact confidently with potential customers and introduce them to ROAR Attire.
• Generate local awareness and help attract new customers to the store.
• Participate in promotional campaigns without hesitation and represent the brand professionally.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
The following skills are not required but will increase your chances of selection:
• Basic Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Mobile Photography or Product Photography
• Reels and Short Video Creation
• Social Media Management
• Content Writing or Caption Writing
• Basic Video Editing
• Fashion Styling Knowledge
Don't worry if you don't have these skills. We value attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication just as much as experience.
